One lender. One system of record. Agents at every door.
Silver Lake Financial Group is the lender we built to show what an agentic business looks like when the system of record is IBM i. People and agents come through the same door. The lender's own RPG rule decides. Every decision is written once, to a record anyone can check.
Silver Lake lends three ways. A person can apply on the website, a home buyer works through a loan with a dozen parties, and a shopper's agent can reach Silver Lake at a store's checkout. All three reach the same decision rule on the same system of record, and all three write to the same record.

Prequalify on the site, as a person or through a verified agent. The rule answers in seconds, with reasons.
All three → LoanIQ · SP_ELIGCHK on IBM i → one append-only record
02 · The system it runs on
Nothing was rewritten. A door was put in front of it.
The interesting part of Silver Lake isn't the agents. It's that the lending logic didn't move. The rule that decides credit is RPG on IBM i, the data is in Db2, and both stay exactly where they are. What we built is the governed way in.
Db2
Customers, accounts and history stay in the system of record. No copy for the agents, no data fork.
The rule
SP_ELIGCHK, the lender's RPG decision logic on utilization, tenure and delinquency. The same rule for every applicant, person or agent.
The door
Every agent carries its own key and is set to blocked, browse or transact. An agent never decides credit and never moves money.
What crosses
A participant id and the amount. No SSN. No date of birth.
The record
Request, decision and acceptance, each written once to a hash-chained record. Edit any entry and everything after it breaks.
840 msa live credit decision from LoanIQ on IBM i, at an agent's checkout
0SSNs or birth dates sent to the box
275 / 275automated probes pass, including the cheats that must fail
The agent is brought to the decision. The decision is never brought to the agent.
03 · The whole lender
One record, every function. People at the gates.
Silver Lake is modeled as a lender of about 200 people. Each function is an agent that reads from and writes to the same record on IBM i, so no work is handed from department to department. People hold the decisions that bind a borrower or move money. Three functions run today; the rest are designed, and we mark which is which.
The same door works in front of any system of record. IBM i is where we proved it first, because that's where decades of lending decisions already run. Pegasus Commerce ↗
Silver Lake Financial Group and Alder & Pine Home are fictitious demonstration companies built by Pegasus4i. Nothing is really sold or lent, and no real money moves. Functions marked designed are specified, not built.
Your system of record already makes the decisions.
Pick the one decision agents will need to reach first: a credit approval, a price, an order. We'll put a governed door in front of it on your own IBM i, the way we did for Silver Lake.
